Add your personalised details for either a Child’s birthday frame, OR a Baby’s Birth frame:

For a CHILD'S BIRTHDAY frame:

• Child’s full name 
• Date of Birthday
• Number of the Birthday being celebrated (Ages 1 to 17)

Note: ‘Celebrating your (1st, 2nd, etc) birthday’ wording will be added to this frame, to reflect the birthday being celebrated. 

‘Cute as a button’ wording comes as standard for ages 1 to 4 years old. For ages 5 to 17 years old, it will be taken off.

For a BABY'S BIRTH frame:

• Child’s full name 
• Date of Birth
• Time of Birth (am/pm)
• Birth weight (lbs/ozs)
